Call the number above and ask Mr. Logeli and Mr. White why no warrant for the questioning of Allen Ray Miller has been issued yet, PLEASE!
Also call after hours and leave voice mail please! During the day the office says the case is closed to the public.....it's NOT. They are also saying they are not taking any more dog calls...LIKE THEY HAVE A CHOICE!!! They are giving any excuse they can to stop the calls and get off the hook. They are very frustrated as a result of the constant influx of calls and are saying to first thing that comes to mind to make people think they are doing everything they can....they didn't even start the investigation until yesterday (Thursday, June 26,1998).
Without a warrant(s) Miller is free as a bird and cannot even be brought in for questioning on the deaths of the ROCKFORD 19 in his home!
We, the Giant Schnauzer community/fancy, want Miller in custody so we can find out why the dogs were killed and who did it! This is one of, if not THE, most heinous
acts of cruelty that anyone could ever commit deliberately!
WE NEED YOUR HELP!!!
Please help us by calling, faxing and writing letters until MIller is brought in for
questioning!!!
